Frequently Asked Questions

Not sure if this is the right fit?

That’s completely normal. These questions come up often, especially for people who are trying something new or bringing a group together.

About the Sessions

Is this a regular gym class?
No. Sessions are private and intentionally small. Whether you’re booking ongoing group training sessions or a one‑time session, you won’t be joining a rotating class of strangers.

How is this different from personal training?
It’s similar in guidance and attention, but shared with a small group you choose. You get coaching, structure, accountability, and flexibility — without the pressure or intensity of one‑on‑one training.

Will there be other people in the studio?
No. The studio is reserved for your group during your scheduled session.

Can I choose who I work out with?
Yes. Every session is built around your group — friends, family, coworkers, or people you bring together.

Can we book just one session?
Yes. Many groups book a single session, while others return regularly. The experience itself is the same.

Is this meant to be intense or exhausting?
No. These sessions are active and engaging, but designed to feel inclusive and approachable, not overwhelming.

Can we customize the experience?
Yes. When you book, you can share what kind of experience you’re looking for, and we’ll help shape the session around your group.

About Fitness Levels & Experience

Do I need prior fitness experience?
No experience is required. Sessions are designed to meet people where they are, and movements can always be adjusted.

What if people in my group are at different fitness levels?
That’s very common. The coach provides options so everyone can move comfortably at their own pace.

What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?
You’re not alone. Many people start here for that exact reason. The environment is supportive, not competitive.

Logistics & Practical Questions

What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and athletic shoes.

Do we need to bring equipment?
No. All equipment is provided.

How long is a session?
Most sessions are about 60 minutes, including guidance and transitions.

Where are you located?
The studio is located in downtown Toledo, with easy access and nearby parking.
